CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Do NOT wash the Organic Latex material. To remove spills or stains gently wipe with a damp cloth and allow to dry.
Do NOT go to bed with wet hair as this will degrade the product.
Do NOT fold the enVy pillow as the foam will split.
Do NOT use pillow without its custom fitted pillowcase and liners as this will expose the foam to increase wear and tear. Please avoid removing the protective liner and handling the Latex and oils from your hand can damage it.
Do NOT falsely believe that your new popularity has nothing to do with your new pillow.

HOW TO WASH:

The removable custom fitted 100% SILK pillowcase and COPPER liner should be washed in cool water on a gentle cycle with a delicate fabric detergent (we recommend a lingerie bag) or preferably wash by hand.
Do not use chlorine bleach.
May be tumble dried on a gentle setting or preferably hang to dry.
Iron on a low setting.

At time of purchase enVy pillow warrants the zippered cover to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
The enVy Pillow Co. provides a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against our foam products losing their shape or resilience. More details at the link above.

We are so confident that you will fall in love with your new enVy pillow that we offer this 90 night promise. We understand that making a change in bed requires some time which is why we recommend sleeping on the pillow for at least 14 days before making a rash decision. Research shows that it takes the body a minimum of 10 days to begin to adjust and experience the benefits. PLEASE feel free to reach out to us if you need some help adjusting to the pillow at help@envypillow.com. If for some reason you cannot adjust to the dreamy anti-aging ergonomic benefits provided by your new enVy Pillow, we will gladly accept your return of the enVy™ Pillow for a full refund of your purchase price.

The enVy Pillow Return Instructions are below for online orders. If you purchased from one of our authorized dealers, this guarantee is at the discretion of suppliers as to their own return policies. If you do not know their policy, please see below instructions #4.

In the unlikely event that things didn’t work out between you and your envy pillow, you may return it within 90 nights from purchase date for refund.
Our return promise applies to the adult enVy Pillows ONLY. All other enVy products such as pillowcases/liners, extra pillowcases/liners, face masks, sleep masks and the pediatric pillow are NON- REFUNDABLE.
